Traditional Chinese Medicine 101 Wellness Program Day 35

TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY... AFTER 2 WEEKS OF BACKWARDS STEPS, I'VE NOW LOST THE WEIGHT I'D PUT ON PLUS ANOTHER 2 KGS. (SO THAT'S 10.5KGS TOTAL)
Focus is back on ME!! Dr Liu is keen to get the rest of the program with me over and done with quickly as he realises that my life tends to shift focus very easily given that I have two small children (in the height of a Melbourne winter) plus a business to run.
I'm still only eating one meal a day which is either protein or veggies along with the herbs. I've been honest and upfront about my poor eating habits and actually recognised that I'm a bit of an emotional eater and triggers such as stress (which I only suffer from when my children aren't well) and tiredness are my Achilles Heel.
My companions on this program, Jeannette and Samantha have done very well too both losing a bit more than me and looking 10 years younger in the process. My aim is for another 5kgs but not getting overwhelmed with the weight scenario considering I'm in the healthy weight range for my height and ready to start some serious training again!
