Banana oaty pancakes

(serves 2 people)
1/2 cup of rolled oats (unprocessed)
2 spoonfuls of chia seeds
2 spoonfuls of LSA or Maca powder or both
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of raw honey or raw agave or raw maple syrup
2 or 3 tablespoons of spelt or buckwheat flour to bind it together Can also add passionfruit pulp or blueberries
Blend in a food processor till it’s a thickish consistency. Melt some almond butter or spray rice bran oil in a pan and pour a small quantity into the pan (approx. entrée plate size). Cook on medium high and turn once.
Serve with berries, flaked almonds and a dob of natural unsweetened yoghurt. (and a drizzle of raw honey if it’s too dry)
Serve with a pineapple, cucumber, kale, mint and coconut water smoothie!
